Zuta is the cocktail and sushi bar of 1868 Restaurant . The cocktail menu features a selection of both classic and original cocktails, crafted with high-quality alcohol and ingredients, including home-made bitters, with careful attention to flavor. The food menu at Zuta offers mezze to complement the cocktails, along with fish and meat dishes, sushi from JLM, and desserts made in our own patisserie. Small events and workshops can be arranged with prior notice.

Over the past year the bar has expanded, and we added a new seating area while maintaining the special and intimate atmospeare.
The cocktail menu is built from classic and our own original cocktails. Constructed from fine spirits, the best produce and our house bitters, with lots of love and thought put in to the process.
